Starla Moore, Property Manager

Starla Moore, CAM is the Property Manager at Hayman Plaza in Houston, Texas.  Ms. Moore has been involved in property management for over 22 years.  Her vast experience includes acquisitions, property rehabilitation and repositioning properties.  Starla has worked in several states as a Regional Supervisor.  Her portfolio includes class A through D properties.  Invigorated by a challenge, Starla enjoys the research, dedication and processes involved in transforming, evolving and repositioning her properties into a higher classification.  While working at Berkshire Realty, Ms. Moore received the coveted Manager of the Year Award.  Her efforts have often been rewarded with honors acknowledging her dedication and exceptional high standards of excellence, and as a Property Manager, she demands the same high standards from her staff. 

Starla has authored articles for real estate industry publications and is viewed by her peers as a leader in the industry.   Ms. Moore holds a Certified Property Management certification from the Houston Apartment Association.

Brandy Collard, Property Manager

Brandy Collard is responsible for overseeing the Salt Lake City portfolio of commercial buildings.  Her previous experience of developing and operating several businesses have developed her hands on approach to managing and operating the buildings.  Customer service and her attention to detail are hallmarks found within Advantage Property Management and synonymous with Brandy's personal management style.
A native of Salt Lake City, Utah, Brandy currently resides in Draper, Utah with her husband, two children and her dog.  Brandy attended both Salt Lake Community College and UCMT. Ms. Collard is also a talented self-taught artist who enjoys working with many mediums including oil and acrylic.  Her award winning murals grace many homes and businesses in Utah and California.  Brandy also enjoys spending time with her family snowboarding, traveling the world and exploring the great outdoors.

Lisa Baragosh, California Area Manager

Lisa is a native of the Los Angeles area whose real estate career began upon graduation in 2009 with Coldwell Banker in Beverly Hills.  Recognized as a member of one of the top producing teams for Coldwell Banker, her career continued to grow and prosper in the Los Angeles real estate market until 2013, when she moved abroad to serve as the Business Development Manager, and Lead Sales Negotiator for a boutique real estate investment firm in West London, UK.  During that time, she continued her education in interior design and architecture through the Chelsea Harbour School of Design.  Lisa now serves as the California Area Manager for Advantage Property Management.  Ms. Baragosh graduated from Loyola Marymount University with honors and a degree in Communication Studies.  She was also a member of Delta Epsilon Iota Academic Honor Society and the Dean’s Honors List.
